First time we went into the store to upgrade our phones and we had a sales rep named Matt. He was so polite and knowledgable and got us into phones that met our needs. He made it such a great experiene and pain free. Because of him and that store, will go back and recommend friends. We recently went back to upgrade a tablet and add one as well so that both my husband and I would have one. We sought out Matt once again because of the impression he left. One time between all that, my husband needed assistance with something and Matt was not in. However, whomever was there that day was just as great and had no problem to help him out. Kudos to that store and its staff!

I stopped in today and met with Anthony. My wife recently pasted away and I needed to disconnect her phone. I was not in the best mood of course but Anthony instantly changed that around with his bright and humiours personality. We sat and talked for over an hour about life and my wife and he never once,tried to sell me anything. We went over my account and I decided to try this new smart phone on for a while. After speaking with Anthony I think I will be a Verizon customer for life. Thank you for having someone like Anthony on you staff as it really helped brighten up my day!

Everyones attitude stink and they all look absolutely miserable with the job they have. A so called knowledgeable and well mannered Verizon employee whos been working with Verizon for years told me she cant help me conncect to Verizons store wifi and doesnt know anything and walked away in mid sentence while I was trying to get help to pay my bill. They should smile more often.

Rude. Answers the phone with "whats up im busy" -- excuse me I think Ill take my business elsewhere as I have plenty of choices. If you treat a customer like that over the phone you are communicating very clearly you dont want their business and that you really dont care about them as a prospective customer either. Sooner or later this attitude will catch up with you.

I recently worked with Alexandria on my data and call plan. She did a fabulous job of educating me on the various plans and services that Verizon had to offer. She also cleaned my phone and replaced the cracked screen. She is truly a great asset to the Verizon sales and service organization.

Even though its a smaller location, the staff was very polite and quick to my needs. Glad I stopped in and got my accessories for my new phone there, but even better glad they mentioned the mobile hotspot for my ipad! Now I can take my internet where I am. Great place!

Great service from Daniel Soto when buying a new Samsung to replace one that had been lost. Worked to get a special on a trade, then helped me get my old contacts from the Google Cloud, plus set up the phone to work in two languages, a big help. Highly recommended.
