I was so happy when Ace hardware moved to east Ventura now I could avoid going to the big box stores. Now it seams that Ace has changed management for what reason I dont know and has replaced all the seasoned employees with a bunch of young kids that have very limited knowledge of what there dealing with. I will miss dealing there with Brittney ant the other hardware savvy staff I will now be going back to Lowes for all my hardware needs hopefully this note may wake up Ace management .

I am so glad there are still hardware stores that have people to answer questions. I needed sprinkler parts and could have wasted the whole day doing it wrong. Dan showed me everything I needed to fix the sprinkler and get the water turned back on.

This place has a good amount of choices for hardware that you may need for your home or other project. The staff is usually very helpful, but occasionally you can have someone working that isnt too interested in helping.
