Its a beautiful store that is terribly understaffed. I had to go to a cashier to page a salesperson, who never showed up. After carefully picking out the plants I wanted to buy, I went to check out with a full cart but with one very slow cashier and a line of people, I ended up walking out without purchasing anything. I called the manager of the store when I got home, but after 5 minutes on hold, he never answered. A really BAD store if you want ANY customer service.

I am so glad this store moved in here! It is so much better than driving to Home Depot...night and day experience. I actually look forward to going there. There is always an employee standing at the door to point you in the right direction to what you are looking for. They stalk everything I have ever looked for. It is super clean! LOVE IT!! PLEASE shop there instead of Home Depot so that it makes it in this location...PLEASE! :)

I needed a knob with an imbedded 1/4 in thread and this place had it. An amazing collection of the rare nuts, bolts, and other things I sometimes need to build or repair my machines. Unfortunately, the drawers are a mess with many things not where they belong so it will take a while to find what you want. But they have it more than any other place in the area.

Extremely rude staff While I was browsing employee thought I was stealing, grabbed my cart and started going through my bags. When he didnt find anything he appologized and called his supervisor. I was then asked to leave. What a way to treat a veteran

Its a nice clean store. But the customer service is awful especially when you go at night its always understaffed. And it takes 30 minutes just to get spray paint and the cashiers are rude and their female cashiers are always chatting
