Couple of weeks ago I purchased a pocket hole Jig from Simi Valley Harbor Freight. During first week of using the jig the drill bit broke. It is a very unique drill bit very similar to Kregs pocket hole drill bitt. I felt it broke due to my negligence. Today i went back to the store looking for replacement drill bit. Unfortunately they do not sell replacement drill bitts. When I told the salesperson what happened he looked up my purchase history on the system and made a paper transaction as i returned the unit and gave me a brand new drill bit from one of the unopened units. I did not expect him to replace it for free. You do not see this kind great customer service very often. I want write this review as token to thank Simi Valley Harbor Freight for their great customer service.

Management in the new store need training. These knacks are going to take this new store down with them. I suggest rehiring a whole new team. The new way of the world, you get what you pay for. Ive used harbors freight products going on a year n half. I would have to say most of there tools are junk. Thats why there now charging a restocking fee if you make returns now. PRICES HAVE GONE UP ON CHEAP TOOLS???

This store sales mostly industrial gear and some odd household stuff at unbeatablely cheap wholesale prices. This include $7 sanders. The quality for their low-end products(Drill Master) isnt good. Go for the higher-end brands like Chicago & Pittsburgs for heavy use. Shop here first,then go HomeDepot

Great cheap Chinese made tools. Be careful of buying tools with moving parts if you want them to last a long time. If you just need a tool for one project, buy it here and save. Some of my favorite purchases: clamps, tarps, pneumatic hoses, rulers. Find a coupon before you go and save even more!
