Not happy! Went to Orchards to get a live tree today and found the perfect tree for Christmas. It was already in a stand with water in it. The man that works in that department tells me I cant buy it. I have to get the cut ones over there not in water and buy the stand separately. Charge me the same? Im ok with that. He would not sell it to me until the other trees were gone. Bye Bye... I will go spend my money elsewhere. You have just lost another valuable customer!

After the remodel you cant find what your looking for! No signs to tell you what is located in the isles they used to have typical items you were use too! Isles are way to narrow for carts espcially coming from the front of the store into their garden center. I always thought remodels were to IMPROVE a store and make it easier to find the things your looking for! Guess not on this remodel. Very poor.

Orchard surprised me by the amount of unique things that they had. Basically this is a Home Depot type of store, a DIY (do it yourself) type of store but they have many other options and the seasonal section is much better than your local Home Depot store. The staff is very friendly and happy to help out.

Ive never had an issue here, and the staff are great people! The place is always clean, surprising for a hardware store, and even more so now that they changed the stores entire layout. They will have anything you need for home, and all in all its like a mini Home Depot.

Good experience at this OSH. Helpful staff, good selection of product, including this Weatherwash wood stain which ages wood to turn it vintage grey. Would recommend.

This local hardware store is not nearly as big a Home Depot or Lowes, but they have a decent selection. Staff are helpful. Prices are reasonable.
