I wish you good luck on finding anyone at the Do it Center that can help you. Usually someone can point you to the right aisle, but dont expect more help than that. The selection is poor and everything costs 5% more. If you arent looking for something generic, like fertilizer or a hammer, save yourself the second trip when you have to go to Home Depot or OSH to get exactly what you need.

The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE. It never has been really great, but it is closer than Home Depot - so we suck it up. But after our experience with them making screens for our family home and pretty much screwing up the whole order - no more. Do yourself a favor, and trek to Home Depot, I know we will never be back to this store again...

Smaller tool store for smaller projects. I like this store because its down the road from me. I wouldnt say that the workers are considerably more knowledgeable or friendly than a big box store, but the fact that you actually see them when you are shopping is a plus.

I usually like the deals I get at this store BUT today I was charged for 3 root beers (only bought one) and the cashier assured me she took 10% off for my service in the military but she did not. Of course I didnt notice until I got home.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to help us with a screen for the window. When they came she didnt know what to do. After 3 days the screen was slightly too small
