Ive been coming here for a couple years because its only a few blocks down the street from my house. Lately, Ive been noticing every time i go in to pick up a monthly prescription, the customer service is horrible. There is always someone pissed off in line, going on some rampage bc the pharmacy messed something up. The staff also are not very friendly, they have side conversations while there is a customer standing in front of them waiting to be helped. Today I just dropped off a new script and they said they would fill it....so i walked around the store for 30 minutes. Went back to check on it and asked how much longer it would be bc I had to be at work, and the one lady said....oh well the pharmacist went on her lunch so probably not for another 20 minutes. I asked her why she didnt tell me it would be an hour wait, I was so furious I left and said i would come back in a couple hours. Dont come here!!!!! Im switching locations.

i dont understand why they have to be so rude at the pharmacy. ive picked up at least 10 prescriptions here and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have given me the wrong meds/ cant find my name in the system/ have to talk to my doctor bc it was canceled/ etc. even my doctor told me to change pharmacies bc they were calling them too many times with dumb questions. there isnt a drive through and homeless people hang out and with out fail they come up and harass you when you walk in and out. NOT safe to go at night. theres always construction going on inside. they lock the razor blades for women in a case and it takes an hour to find someone to open the case for you. finally after their 100th mistake ive finally decided to NEVER go back. if it wasnt down the street from my house i would have changed months ago

Always being hounded by the homeless (as well as many drug addicts, drinkers, smokers, etc...) for money every time I shop, so I stopped shopping at that location. They even hang around outside huddled up all over the place. Its become a big hang out with then also with the Jack-N-B. next door. The CVS has VERY little parking and feels like a "back ally" so your forced to park in back - in the DARK. No thank you!!! I now go to the one on SM blvd. Its MUCH better than the one by Jack-N-BX. Hardly even feels safe to go through the drive through. I just stay away. Hope they clean it up someday! I think demolishing it and putting something else with better parking world be better. Its right next to many nice things. I guess well see.

I WENT IN THE STORE TO GET A NAKED PROTEIN JUICE DRINK IN WHICH THEY DID NOT HAVE. AS IM WALKING OUT OF THE STORE THE MANAGER ( A HEAVY SET WHITE GUY WITH GLASSES) ACTUALLY FOLLOWS ME OUT INTO THE PARKING LOT ASKING ME IF I HAD BOUGHT SOMETHING. ME CLEARLY OFFENDED DECIDED TO IGNORE HIM AND WALK BACK TO MY APT THE NEXT STREET OVER. THIS GUYS HAS THE NERVE TO THREATEN TO CALL THE COPS WHEN I STILL DID NOT RESPOND TO HIM HE YELLS IN THE PARKING LOT (" I HOPE YOU DIE NOW!!) AND AS AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN FAMILY IS GETTING OUT OF THERE VAN HE YELLS "GO BACK TO SOUTH CENTRAL WHERE YOU BELONG YOU PIECE OF CRAP!!) THIS MANAGER IS VERY RACIST AND HAS SOME SCREWS LOOSE IN HIS HEAD. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE THAT CVS AGAIN

Went here twice and no complaints. The pharmacy is super quick to fill prescriptions (less than 15 mins) and has a very friendly/helpful staff. Best of all it has ample parking (unlike the one on Main st) where it can take 20 mins to find a meter. I do wish they would do something about the homeless people asking for money. The same guy asked me for change going into the store and coming out 2 mins later.

This place is fine for quick grocery-type runs, but I do NOT recommend the pharmacy. Ive never waited so long at a pharmacy before. Yes, they are busy, but they should staff accordingly. (My experience here led me to transfer my prescriptions to a non-CVS pharmacy, thats how bad it is.) Also, the parking lot is small and sometimes its hard to find a spot.

Rude staff! I called the pharmacy to clear up a discrepancy in my prescription information. The pharmacist told me that it wasnt their problem and then hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. I later spoke to a different pharmacist who told me that there was indeed an error - a typo on their end. Do yourself a favor avoid this place!

The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They visibily have pills on the floor & are too worried about getting in trouble to allow their law abiding customers to pay for the prescriptions they filled and gave intent to fill. The DEA is stingent on their employees but this was effin ridiculous service

They always have a smile on their faces, especially the middle-aged woman with the European/Iranian accent and also the African-American woman with the beautiful hairstyles and scarves

The customer service is excellent! I was literally stopped by every employee who saw me to ask if I needed anything. You could tell they genuinely wanted to help rather than just do it purely out of obligation. Plus, theres free parking :).

I live near this pharmacy, so Im there at least once a week. The staff are always very busy but still manage to help in any way they can. Im often amazed how patient they are with rude and demanding customers of which there are many.

Ive only been here a couple times, but I have nothing to complain about. The liquor is really well priced here, and I was able to find everything I needed for food and non-alcoholic beverage for a decent price.
