I thought the management was very unprofessional. Me and my fiance wanted to exchange something and when we tried she said no because it had no tag when we were told to just have the item and receipt with us and return or exchange within 30 days. She was very rude and unprofessional. She gave us the exchange but she was very upset and stormed out of the cashier area. In management you have to listen to the customer and let them explain not just cut them off with a messed up attitude. Marilyn had a very bad attitude for being the manager I will probably not be coming back to this location because of her. I felt disrespected and looked down on. On the other hand, the young man that helped us out, Raul, was very polite and generous. He is the definition of real customer service unlike Marilyn who was very rude and quite frankly was really bitchy. Raul deserves a raise for handling the situation well and helping us with the right information today. Thank you Raul.

BEST customer service I have ever received. I hate shopping because of the fact that I have to deal with salty cashiers and floor workers. This has been the first time I have ever been in this store and Bijan has made me a loyal customer. Bijan is awesome and very helpful, what ever he is making isnt enough he should definitely get a raise. Besides the customer service this place has a huge selection of clothing and is definitely worth the visit. Bijan if your reading this YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

Cashier: Nour was so rude to the customer!!! I went to that store on 1/1. I dont know why the Cashier: Nour was so rude, he show a long face, not patient, just like I owe him something. He even threw the pen on the table for me to sign the receipt..... Whats wrong with the staff? Because working on the holiday? Or break up with the girlfriend? Think that Burlington has to provide good training to the staff, otherwise, the customer will abandon Burlington. SIGH.............

Edit: Air conditioning has been fix. At the time of this review this Burlington didnt have air conditioning thoughout the entire store. Its pretty disorganised and didnt have recent out in style clothes. Most of the fashion was around five to ten years old. If you like that study of look then you might like it. Fit everyone else is not worth it. Especially considering theres no AC, and because it on the top floor its gets very hot.

On 11/01/08 I bought my son a new suit. My son did not know what size he wore. This was his first suit. We asked for help. I am happy to say that we got more than we asked for. A staff member in the mens dept was very helpful & very pleasant. He was very professional & very knoledgeable. With his help my son found the perfect suit & a beautiful shirt & tie to match. This store sell used items to customers as new knowingly Also bad service Ive got at this store when I try to return the used item I bought four days a go which I already mention to the cashier and promise me to return if not fit. And also they put a wrong tag on that item. We all family use this store for years, but never again. Also the manager is unprofessional.
