I love to get my hair cut here, its not over priced, and the salon concierge is great. They have tons of name brands like Big Sexy, Catwalk, Paul Mitchell, and Crew to name a few. I also like that they carry full lines such as Benefit and urban decay. They have a great rewards program, and I hear that they even send you a gift on your birthday if you sign up. That being said, the "brow bar" can blow-dry me, I paid way too much, for some lady with poor vision, to try to remove some of the smallest hairs on my face. The cashier asked me if I wanted to leave her a tip. I tip to break a stereotype, but bless her heart.

Girlfriend had the worst service during her haircut here nearly 3 weeks ago. The stylist barely engaged her in conversation which isnt necessarily a bad thing; however once her haircut was complete the stylist didnt hand her a mirror allowing my girlfriend to see her haircut, the stylist also didnt turn my girlfriends chair around in order for her to see her hair in the mirror. She simply told her that her haircut was done and basically said, "Goodbye". This experience is after her second haircut at this Ulta. Yet this experience was from a different stylist.

Most horrible salon experience. My stylist did not listen to what I wanted and the color and cut turned out to be entirely different. I wanted layers and got no layers. I wanted all over color and color faded after 2 weeks despite me using their recommended Redken shampoo and condition which dried my hair out totally. I dont get that. Color turned out to be dull after 2 days. Horrible service and curt to pay for. A total of 280 wasted for nothing.

The stylists are so friendly. They do amazing work. Tessa, McKenna, Kayli, Diana, and Phoebe are all skilled and do excellent color services. They are also very willing to work around your schedule including coming in early or staying late. They also have amazing products that they can recommend for helping your style last longer! Love this particular salon and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Worst experience Ive ever had shopping. The manager was supposed to help us work out a problem and she just said "no sorry" and walked away. She had long black hair but dont remember her name. We spent over $400. I work in retail too, and she is not meant for it. If the store manager reads this I would love a call! Never shopping there again.

Overall, Ive had satisfactory service at this store, however yesterday I had manicure, getting ready for our vacation, and today in less 24 hours, the polish has completely peeled of three of my nails. My only hope is that Ill find a salon during our layover to fix this fiasco. When we get home Ill be asking for a refund.

I just go for haircuts from Weylene. If you dont go see her youre stupid. Shes literally the best. If you tip her less than I did on a minimum wage salary youre a cheap ass. $30 every time
