Dropping in on a Sunday afternoon to exchange a few things and pick up a few Christmas gifts, we ask a dark-haired Hispanic lady working in an aisle near the front entrance where me might find some gift card boxes. Her response is defensive in tone as she informs us that the gift card boxes are all over the store. We look at each other quizzically, finding it offensive that someone would dismiss our question rather than offer to take us to the items were seeking. But wait, it gets better. As we stand at the register exchanging our old items for the gift card boxes (which weve finally managed to hunt down on our own), were told that the net balance is an 18 cents credit to us. Or at least, this is the explanation I manage to extract from the less-than-articulate checker, who then holds the entire line for a few minutes to wait for authorization from the same Hispanic lady who happens to be - wait for it - a storage manager! The latter then proceeds to lecture us in front of the entire audience of employees and shoppers about their policy against giving cash refunds. Perhaps the checker should have let us know about this before ringing us up? Perhaps someone needs a lesson in basic customer service? Perhaps theyll never be seeing us again? A resounding "yes" to all three!

Awful service , disgruntled angry employees , one employee a middle aged lady hair always in a pony tail, dirty blonde hair is the absolute worst. I can not tell you how many people I see walking out due to the poor service. Very sad that these people are still employed seeing how so many are looking for work that would be better qualified for customer service.

For the most part I like this store but there is an employee who made me feel very uncomfortable discussing her personal opinion about an embarrassing situation about me loudly in a crowd of 6 or more customers lined up.
