For the time I visited this location (a bit after midnight, unsure the exact time as I cant find my receipt. Not entirely sure I received one, if Im being honest) later in the evening/early morning, and was appalled by the service. Unsure if this is due to bad management, or just distracted employees, but I waited for 20 minutes to use the restroom. Turns out the key was misplaced and no one was in there. Then after I gathered my items for purchase, I overheard rude, slanderous comments from one of the ladies working. Something about, "yeah, thats the fat guy I told you about, the one who stole the bathroom keys. " Anyway, strange behaviors from staff representing such a large corporation. My two cents... Oh, for what it is worth, an "older" lady helped me find the exact product I wanted, in the pharmacy. Also, this visit was nearly a month ago, if that matters as far as employees working that morning.

This review is about Walgreens pharmacy. Routine tests like lipid panel require doctors referral in most of the places, Walgreens is offering a service that does not. This is good for people who know how to interpret their numbers and who dont want to pay the doctors for blabbering cliches. However, Walgreens test service is far from being a professional one at this stage; not at all well planned with poorly trained staffs, this service is far from being one that I can go for a second time or recommend to a friend. The pharmacists hand was shaking, he faltered in getting the blood on the slides, spread blood all over the the paper forms, gave me handwritten result (why not computer generated report?). I feel they are sort of understaffed too. No Walgreens, you can not provide a service like this especially when it is not an inexpensive one!

Prices are among the highest in town. Pharmacy virtually never has prescriptions ready when promised. Staff always asks you if you found what you were looking for. But, no follow-up when you answer that you didnt.

They are in understaffed... No restroom long lines with one of the 4 or 3 checkstands open. Very few people here practice any kind of good customer service... Not the best but not the worst.

Awesome customer service. I am definitely not a fan of the homeless hanging out, stealing and/or sleeping right next to the door. Some things are overpriced.
