The staff is generally friendly. Michaels is a good resource for crafts, and attracts people in with its 40% coupons, but you have to be aware that "20% off your entire purchase, including sale items" does not include "Everyday Value" items and other such exclusions. So you end up paying more than you expect since the coupons dont apply to most of what you might buy. Additionally, many items are "on sale" so the bigger coupons do not/cannot apply. Just have to be careful to read the coupon carefully and understand that the plain language does not mean what it says.

Horrible customer service compared to the other stores. I usually dont give reviews on bad customer services until Ive had at least 3 bad experiences. Ive been there at least 10 times now since Ive moved to this area from San Diego, and every time that I go, there is at least 2 staff members that completely ignores you or assists their customers with an attitude. There is one tall lady that is always helpful and friendly and I try to look for her when Im there.

Generally rude staff. Im extremely new to sewing but i love art, this is just a new skill to me. Anytime Ive had questions I get some attitude before willing to help. Ive been in there 5 or 6 times now for multiple projects and not once has anyone ever asked if i need help with anything and when I ask I get treated with attitude and the feeling like they would rather be doing anything else. The check out people are pretty nice in my experience though.

I ordered special fabric to re upholster furniture. They failed to notify me when the order arrive. They claimed that they could not contact me or leave me a message. I gave them my iphone # and have no problem receiving calls and messages from my customers. In addition, I also experience unfriendly and dont-want-to-help-you attitude customer service from the cutting staff. Very disappointed with customer service at this location.

I love to visit this store to grab some leftover fabrics for my sewing projects. Of course, sometimes I also grab some nice fabrics here. But since most of the sewing projects I was doing was small items, leftover fabrics are enough. The staffs are knowledgable and useful. The store is bright and neat. Its not hard to find items with their well-sectioned aisles. Dont forget to bring your coupon before shopping in this craft store.

The rude and unwilling to help or provide any professional services theres too many unprofessional workers at this store and I will NEVER step foot there again. A short brown haired snotty and unbelievable piece of work is my complaint and she really needs to be fired nothing more insulting than this witch. No name tag to Id. Shes the only one thats ordering at controlling it all but doing nothing at all. Cant miss her !!

This is a large Joanns with lots of great fabric and craft supplies worthy of 5 stars. The service is terrible. Staff is lazy and rude and I would avoid this location if possible. The other patrons comment openly to each other about the poor service. The experience is a turnoff for anyone wanting to browse. Too bad as the prices are great when you use their coupons. They also honor Michaels coupons.

Today not so great. Wanted vinyl yardage. Rolls stored vertically and vinyl scrunched down creating creases and wrinkles. Had to argue with clerk to get wrinkles cut off or discounted. Vinyl is very hard to smooth wrinkles. Got what I needed eventually but not without aggravation.

The store has some items that Michaels doesnt, fabric, cording, etc, but overall is drab and someone dirty. The trash can at the front of the store had not been emptied in a long time and it made the entrance smell like trash. Not cute.

Maybe one day I will see a staff member that isnt helping 5 people at once. They didnt seem to have a nice selection of ribbon either. Make sure you go on their website for coupons. They can scan them straight off of your smartphone

I really like this Jo-Ann Fabrics location as it has helpful staff and they keep their fabric section very up-to-date. Always be sure to go online for coupons– you should never be buying anything full-price!

I came here to buy fabric. When I ask a lady that I needed eight 8 feet long fabric. She denied service saying she cant cut that many. They sell fabric, but they can cut it? Awful.

The service is very slow at the fabric station. I had to wait 40 min for fabric to be cut and measured, and there were only two people in front of me. I wish they were better staffed.

This is a fairly small Jo-Ann. The gals at the cutting counter arent very happy/friendly in their interactions with customers, but the check out staff are great.

No comments on customer service but the collection is good. The fabric glue is awesome! We use it often for our plays to make props and costumes.
