Value Village is a good place to go if you’re on a tight budget. Do keep in mind that the quality of the items is no better than donated items to a clothing bank. Heavily used, worn beyond worn, 2nd hand and so on. The difference between here and Ross is all the items are donated to them. Nothing is new. The flea market items are occasionally a good find but do need a good cleaning. In addition to being checked over for quality. Customer service is so-so but do keep in mind the employees earn minimum wage and are asked to do a lot. I would recommend to a visit but only come back if you fall in love with the idea. I only come here if I have to or get drug in by family or friends. The Issaquah location is a little better on customer service than others. Due to the high income individuals living in the area they have had to tailor their store to the expectations of the area. This location is particularly clean compared to others.

Tired a few times. Not too impressed. Its like a dirty never ending garage sale with worn down items. They need to up their standards on items they revive. You can purchase new items from Ross up the road for much better quality for about the same price. Not too impressed with the item drop off. I think Ill take my items to Salvation Army. I choose to no longer support a store that relies on individuals dropping off their seconds and resell them for money.

WE went to Issaquah 12 31 2015 loved the senior disconuts only to find out they have dropped it Iwould have saved a dollar on the way out found a table that was 19.99 was gonna buy but remembered no discount so I couldnt afford it shame on you I am 64 my friend with me 78 w count on our senior discounts why have you done this we have also donated many things now you only have a discount once a week we will see you only on those days now thank you

I place was very clean and organized. Since its also in a nicer neighborhood, you are likely to find nicer items available than other thrift stores. I went there to look for furniture and board games. Unfortunately like other thrift stores they are limited to what they can do and the games that I had my eyes on had missing pieces. I would still come back though, since there is something new every week.

A lousy experience. Went shopping. Found a few items I needed. Parked the cart at the end of the purse row to look there. Get back and its gone. Ask manager. She asks people at tills " did you get cart"? Why would they grab cart.. they are working checking people out. I suggest an announcement. She blows it off, saying no one would listen anyway. No help. Wasted time.

Tried to exchange a $10.00 electronic item bought at the Redmond store less than 24 hours ago and they refused to honor the verbal promise of the Redmond store staff. They lost potentially hundreds in sales by refusing to help us. I dont care how good their stuff is, Ill never go back. On the way to the Redmond location now for better service.

Great that they were able to take my old golf bag, but walking through the store there selection was disappointing. They were selling old things like really old electronic cables for twice the price of a new cable on Amazon. They could really go through there inventory to get rid of there older products that arent selling fast enough.

Love it! I can look for hours. I never have a list, this place you just have to experience.The staff mostly young and motivated. Cloths of all types and sizes ,curtains ,crystal ,frames. Purses oh my gosh the purses. You just have to stop by when you have time. Like when kids are in school. That should be enough to see everything.

Love this place, great clean store. Great furniture and not to mention the staff is always willing to help. The employees seem to enjoy the work as they are having fun on the job. The smiles look real and not fake like other stores. Highly recommend if u need furniture or womans shirts

11/26/2016 4:00pm The person who picks up and receives the stuff is an unhappy person, and rude. I am super upset at the way I was treated. I was able to control myself since that person wasnt worth it. Super bad experience. If he isnt happy then he just get another job. Ass****.

We go EVERY weekend. Everything is arranged So creatively. There are so many things to see. GREAT prices for nice items. Clerks are steadily working with merchandise but they say hi and smile!!! What a treat for a shopper. Our HAPPY place..
