I know there are two sides to every story, but hear me out. I went in for a battery change and got one from the girl whos supposed to work the front desk. She installed the wrong battery in my car. After taking it out and attempting to install the new one, she still managed to screw it up. She made me pay the difference for her mistake and did not apologize or provide any remedy for the situation. She kept leaving because she did not have the proper tools for the job and had to consult a mechanic, as well as the store manager. The store manager acted like it was the computers fault for selecting the wrong battery from the list. No one was apologetic or told me what was going on--- I overheard that the wrong battery had been installed. The girl left midway through the installation process after she had screwed it up beyond belief. The mechanic had to finish the job and did not say a word to me during the job or when he was done. He just walked away. Im so irritated that no one at an auto parts store knows basic installation processes, common sense, or customer service skills. I am never returning to this store.

Got my parts order wrong, failed to call me when the parts came in, but Gabriel gave me some brake parts cleaner and brake fluid to compensate me as well as some dielectric grease for my new battery. But when I tried to return some parts they completely messed up the return process so unless they resolve it I am out hundreds.

Great customer service. Autozone is the best place to go for auto parts! The staff was great when I went in for a light bulb. They helped me find the correct bulb and install it at no extra charge.
