Nelly and Kristen were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I broke my glasses a couple of weeks ago and could not stand my contacts anymore. I have heard mix reviews of LensCrafters and decided to go and see for myself. To my surprise, I was able to a find a pair I loved and the process was not long at all. Major kudos to Nelly, Kristen, and the crafter who made my eyeglasses on the same night! They knew about my situation and I was fortunate enough to be squeezed in last minute! I will definitely be back when its time for new glasses and recommend them to anyone. It was such a great experience and I couldnt be any happier. Friendly staff, fast process, and glasses were made perfectly. Check them out!
