Dr Deans office was OK I guess but for some reason I didnt get clear instructions as to what I had to do in order to get my contact lenses ordered. I went through the trials and found the strength that I liked, made it very clear to Dr Deans assistants and from there the ball just got dropped. Ive been waiting two weeks for someone to call me and let me know my lenses were ready to pick up. I had noooooo idea that I had to wait for two hours at the optical counter. I asked and they said we can call you... Ive been to the optical counter twice and waited to take care of my business while the counter staff took soooo long fitting old people with glasses. And if you try to ask a question when your number isnt up, OMG!! Prepare to meet the nastiest customer service personnel. DO NOT TRY TO GET OUT OF THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! I will never go back, not even to Dr Dean and his staff is OK. Too bad they have to be at the mercy of the Optical Counter People.

Takes a little longer, hence the four stars, but we have only had great customer service and great prices here. My husband and I tend to ask a lot of questions and like to consider our options, and they were considerate and accommodating. They helped him find something that worked for his style and vision needs, and helped determine that my old glares would still work. Well be back.

Super great price, because I do not have an astigmatism, it was 89 bucks for a glasses AND contact Px. Doctor Dean was super nice, never felt like he was rushing you or lecturing you. Kendra his Secretary was well spoken and very polite. I HIGHLY recommend this place, if you are a Costco member!!

Lady named Rebecca is so rude! Even worse, they never your glasses/lenses the first time. Had to go back few times (about 2 weeks wasted) until I got to wear mine. Its really sad but I think Walmart optical has better service than Costco here.
