So I came into this store really upset due to another store in Wilmington inability to fix their mistake. Wilmington sent me to this store after they sold me a phone that didnt even work. I came over here and Zulma, Travon and Miguel helped me out. They waived the restocking fee for me and gave me a phone that worked properly. I would recommend people to come here and not Wilmington! CHICK FIL A RULES!

I was at this store for over an hour because my phone was giving me some problems. There were 2 young man working and they both were very very helpful. They try everything to resolve my problem and after trying many ways they did. I am so thankful! they did a great job and they made me fill very welcome. Thank you guys.

Woman who answered the phone is an airhead.... must be waiting for Mr (Sugar Daddy ) Right to walk in and buy her. Doesnt know much about the products that T Mobile sells and giggles each time before she says "um like no." No wonder more men only want women from other countries.
