If possible, Id gladly give Reebok ZERO stars. I placed an order on the website a month ago to customize a pair of shoes (it writes it takes 3-4 weeks from design to delivery). Not only I cannot see any order history on the website, but I heard nothing back from Reebok. I just called them about its whereabouts, their representative told me the policy has changed and it will take around another month so suck it up. Her attitude is more than arrogant and horrible. I really dont think Ill buy ANYTHING from Reebok EVER again.
