We havent had any previous issues but our last visit to the store was terrible! We had a pair of shoes that needed to be exchanged for a different type and we didnt have the receipt. We asked one of the Nike reps if we could return them, also asking if they could look our receipt up with the card it was purchased on, she said yes. We went up to the front to do the return/exchange. First the woman we deal with scolds the other employee for telling us the wrong information in front of us, then she proceeds to look up the "current value" of the shoes and gives us a rude look. At that point she tells us that theyre worth $24.99 (we paid $44.99), that obviously sounds ridiculous since we only bought them a few weeks ago. She then tells us that if we can find those exact shoes for a higher price we will get that price. We set out to hunt for the shoes asking for help in finding them and explaining our situation to an employee on the floor. They seem confused about what the woman up front told us, but help us anyway. So we go back up to the front after finding the shoes for (surprise!) the same exact price we purchased them for. The woman we dealt with the first time wasnt up front so we talk to someone else, this woman seemed confused about what the other woman told us as well stating that she can only give us the price thats "in the computer" not really even giving us a reason. Their return policy states that you can return an item without the receipt but you will receive the current selling price as the value of the item, which we explain to her and she gets what seems to be a manager involved saying sarcastically, "well, its up to him." So again we explain out situation and read the return policy verbatim, he reiterates that this is a return without a receipt like were stupid and we explain again that that is the return policy for items without a receipt. He actually comes around the counter to read the return policy off of the placard they have on the counters. He mumbles to the woman we spoke with before that they need to have a meeting about that or something and finally he says they will do the return. No, "Im sorry for the trouble." or anything. Its pretty terrible when the customer understands the return policy better than all of the employees working there. They all acted as though we found some magical loophole or something and were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Weve boughten things from there before and bought more items this time so its not like we took our money and ran. Both I and my girlfriend are in customer service and I also used to work in retail. These people are terrible. Apparently being knowledgable about their own policies isnt part of the training. The "manager" didnt even give us any information beyond that he would do it either, not a "well this wont be a problem, but the policy has changed." or anything of the sort. Make sure that you always have your receipt if you need to return or exchange anything at that store.

I would rate this store a zero if I could. Not only were the workers rude to me, I did not get a hello or asked if I needed help. When I asked if the product I was searching for was in this store, he said that he did not know and then I proceeded to ask if they had any in the back, he said that he did not think so. Without checking anything he walked away from me and did not ask if I needed anymore help. This gas been by far the worst service I have ever gotten and will never go to this store again.

I recommend no one to visit this store . I bought a dri fit shirt and leggings from this store and all came out to 75$ . So I decided to return the leggings and 32$ was put back on my card but when I left gilroy , I checked my bank statement and they did not put the 32$ back on my card and they still had charged me 75$ and took back the leggings. The people working there are either stupid and dont know how to work the registers or theyre complete theifs.

This review is for their back wall shoes. They are the cheapest place to get high quality Nike shoes for performance and causal wear. They have a great selection and the prices cannot be beat. Yes, the styles they have are usually a year or two behind, but if youre looking for athletic wear a shoe made two years ago will perform just as well as a short made more recently. If youre in the area or taking the 101 up north do make a stop here!

Tons of Nike Free running shoes and great Nike sportswear at decent prices. I was expecting a deeper discount, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and look of the clothes.

Best Nike outlet in CA as far as shoe selection is concerned. They typically have good Jordan Retros and a good selection of new and old Air Maxs.

It has all the shoe sizes at a discounted price if youre looking for a size 15 they have them here or the factory outlet in San Leandro Ca.

Nike outlet is one of the best price Nike stores in the Bay. With that being said, it can also be hit or miss finding the shoe you want.
