I went in to the Sports Shop despite being directed not to due to the female owners lack of customer service. I work at an elementary school that serves a predominately low-income demographic. I was looking for a price quote on a rather large order. I simply asked if she would be willing to offset some of the price and use the opportunity to advertise. (A tax write off) She was completely rude about it! Its not an unusual question to be asked as a vendor to sports teams, organizations, and public schools. I left offended and went down the street to Kreative Design and Marketing where they were willing to work with my budget as well as off set some cost for our families. WILL NOT GO BACK despite how much working with Elk Grove businesses means to me. This lady was NOT Herd Pride.
