Worst Nike store I have ever been to shop at the local outlets they at least ask you if you need help and acknowledge you as a person. They have some ghetto hood rat trash working on that 3rd floor its like the cast of John Singletons Boyz in the Hood on that floor they have absolutely no respect for anyone let alone themselves. I was looking for a Jordan 31 there were 5 workers just staring at me and I asked one to help shes like go over there to someone else. I got the run around for one shoe so I went to the front counter on the first floor and voiced my frustration and concerns on how they treat customers they got my shoes after 20 mins of waiting upstairs! They have the worst staff and customer service this is the grove not a swap meet. I dont recommend this store to anyone at all until they get better staff and management!

much bigger than the Nike stores at Santa Monica and nike town Beverly Hills. the giant mural of kobe is awesome, as is the Jordan wing with the court and the displays of all the Jordan retro shoes. parking is available for 1 hour free, and all day validation if you spend a few hundred dollars which is easy to do at nike.

This location has moved to the East end of The Grove, next to Nordstrom and Swarovski. It is now much larger, and has multiple floors. As a result, the store can cater to more specialized sporting shoes, equipment, and clothes. Its not technically a Nike-Town location, but echoes one in its size and complexity.

My autistic son came into the store looking to buy some new shoes; however, the employees were so rude! My son has to film his experiences to cope with his autism - the employee asked him to stop recording, which was fine, but then started calling my son a shekel goblin?! The employee should be fired!

I drove across town to go to this location and put up with the hellish parking at The Grove just to find that the store isnt open as they are building the new one. Their Google listing said it was open until 9pm today so you can imagine my frustrating. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Worst Nike Ive ever been to. Had no sizes for 5 pair of shoes I asked for. They cant tell you if they have sizes or not and take forever in the back looking for your size. Wow 5 pair of shoes and didnt have a size 4/5 UK at all. Would never come back.

Bought some new fitness wear gear here and had excellent, informative and thoughtful help from one of the sales assistants (should have got his name really) he even remembered our names 2 days later when my wife wanted a few bits!

Witnessed a employee harass a schizophrenic person. He was trying to pick out shoes and the employee kept insisting that he leave because he was "recording" however he was only checking his phone.

Not a big fan of this Nike outlet because they have low selections of shoes and also they didnt have a clearance section. I went to buy a backpack but they only had 3 backpacks.

Really happy of the make over of the store. It used to be just Nike running, but it has all Nike departments now. Great variety and colors of shoes.
