Completely unprepared for Christmas, only one register. One register with thirty customers in front of me took more than an hour in line. Staff is walking around with nothing to do because literally everybody is basically waiting on this one register. How are you in the mall...have thousands of shirts and hats to sell, and have one register to service your clientele? They had more tvs (3) than registers. Dummies

Horrible customer service. Bought a Nike nfl Jersey for my nephew and the product started peeling as soon as he put it on. Took it in to see what they can do and was completely dismissed. Been shopping here for years but will no longer do so. Stay away, better off elsewhere.
