The Los Cerritos Center Extreme Makeover continues! Adidas has finally opened up in the Macys Wing of the mall. Lucky for me, I was available to be one of the first ones to check out the store & avail myself of any Grand Opening freebies. Eureka, Im in luck! Adidas held a promo where customers can try on their UltraBoost shoes and run on a treadmill for 3 minutes. Doing so gets them a $10 gift card. UltraBoost shoes. Very comfortable, with excellent shock absorption. 4.0 Incline & 4.5 speed - no problem! New $10 gift card in hand, I perused the fresh smelling merchandise on sale. A DJ provided the beats for customers to shop to. Unfortunately, said DJ wasnt on the tables during my time shopping. Grand Opening Weekend also included an offer of trading a pair of competitor shoes & receive a $50 gift card towards a Boost shoe. Limited to only the first 50 customers each day. What a deal! Plus, spend $25 & receive a free City t-shirt! With a quick heart rate boost & new sportswear in hand, I enjoyed shopping at the new Adidas store in Cerritos. I appreciated giving the UltraBoost shoes a test under fire, and came away impressed with the product. The prices are comparable with other brand sportswear attire & the staff were friendly & welcoming. Recommend!

The store was smaller than expected and easy to find (because of the outer apperance). The staff would make sure your taken care of and comfortable with your purchase. Unfortunately, I went to footlocker after and found a huge selection of pattern adidas superstar shoes. I would recommend this adidas store if your looking for the black stripe/white or all white superstar adidas shoes. Otherwise, the more patterned ones are in footlocker which is located right outside the adidas store *just walk straight* ~Breanna ♡

I have shopped at this location several times. The entire staff is amazing , friendly and knowledgeable. Tonbara, Eugene, and her staff is so friendly and funny.. Thanks yall.. I experienced a terrible service at the Citadel store and I will never go back there. The manager Patricia is unfriendly and she made a mistake and blamed her staff for her mistake in front of us customers.

Called over 35 times to ask and see if they had a pair of shoes I saw online available but was never answered and after a while it was as if the just took the phone of the huck so that it would sound busy. Either they have lazy workers or thats the policy they have to not answer the phone to provide the customers with questions they have.

This store never answers phone calls! I went to the store one time and confirmed their telephone number and I told them you guys never answer. Staff in Adidas in Santa Monica has way better customer service than this store. You guys should ask tips from them.

This Adidas location has the worst customer service and can not be described how unprofessional the staff is. Whats the point of having this location open if the employees do not value paying customers..

The manager and the staff are a joke. They are B.s. liars who will tell you their system is down even when its not.
