I came to check out their workout studio with a friend; it was intense. Im no stranger to regular workouts, as I lift 5 days a week, at a minimum. But this cardio based workout had me thinking I wouldnt make it until the end. I pushed through and it was worth it. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Come give it a try and check out their cool gear while youre here. The workouts are free. Be sure to reserve a spot online.

Alexis was great! Had been looking all over for a pair of be true flying racers in a particular size for my gf and the only spot that carried it was this location. I called in and Alexis was able to hold them for me until I drove down there from San Diego.
