So personally I understand the reason people are so pissed at this factory store and ect. There are those who yes believe that this store is a waste of.time.And money but its not. I am an employee there and its very hard for many of us to keep up with everyone and everything around us. They train us to the max even while we are on the floor or off the floor. But we still do our best when we are there. The reason many problems like these happen is because we are a major store for foreign and non foreign people. So things like not having the shoes you need or the soccer ewuipment and etc. Are minkr things. We usually focus on whats big like a few months ago we focused on basketball and we still are. We are mainly a running and training store but we still have a good selection of items. And for those who dont get the point of a factory store. The store is meant for items thay we a had a lot on or just items that were sold.back a year or half a year before then. Yea from time to time we get new items but still. If you come.into the store trust me youll recieve great customer service. Also for those of you who were put on hold for a while again we are a major store with many people from everywhere so it gets busy but sorry for the inconvenience. But again dont rate it bad for stupid things like asking a question or just being plain ignorant because we didnt have what you are looking forn rAte it for our customer service and friendliness. And that goes for every other place you rate.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Ive been a loyal nike customer for a long time and in fact I have access to the Nike Employee Store every time I go to Oregon. This experience may have altered my view on Nike. I called 3 times and was mistreated/hung-up by everytime. First time I called inquiring about a specific shoe and the clerk said she would go look for it. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and someone hung up. I call again and explain the situation and another guy calls me, asks me if he could put me on hold and as Im explaining he just blocks me out and hangs up. The third time I call I tell them the situation and he just ignores my explanation. No apology whatsoever. I waited 30 minutes to find out they had none in stock. I am NEVER going to recommend this place to anyone and Im sure as hell going to tell everyone how terrible this specific Nike Factory Store is. If you want loyal customers, you better step up your customer service because this is by far the worst Ive ever seen.

one of the larger nike outlets here in southern California, its 2 levels, with the kids and womens stuff upstairs while they mens is downstairs. because of its proximity to the city this is also the most crowded nike outlet Ive been to in my numerous visits. its better to come early in the morning, the parking gets pretty bad later in the day especially on the weekend. the back wall has defects and other shoes that are discounted even more than normal.

The Nike Outlet Is Hit & Miss Meaning You Might Go Today Find Cute Shoes Go Back Next Week & Find Nothing Or What You Seen Wasnt There Anymore But What Store Isnt lol Its A Really Nice Atmosphere Decently Priced Shoes Though Not All Shoes Are Cheap & Some Are Marked Same As Footlocker (High) Can Be Pretty Loud & Messy Around Noon Or After So Try To Come Early As Possible Especially If You Might Need Assistance

Wait, is there a way I can give no stars or negative stars? Please dont waste your time at this store like I did. Horrible customer service, horrible management and horrible training for temp workers. Ill never be coming back here again and for a brief moment I contemplated never wearing Nikes to play basketball in, I quickly reconsidered. But I will never set foot in this whack Nike store again!

So #1. I go in there with my buddy a retired veteran and know one is aware of the discount but what can you expect from 21 year olds I know. #2 you cant call for information on products because you will be hung up on or the line will mysteriously stay busy after 6:00 pm.. I was young once and didnt love working retail either but damn if it gets any worse Im going elsewhere smh.

The store almost always has huge amounts of people prices are maybe five $10 cheaper if that from store. Nike Styles dont really go out so last years are two years ago styles but are still in demand and there are a lot of different clothing attire and shoes.

Worst nike store ever, no variety at all, they only have running shoes literally, and you would think youd find lots of Nike merchandise in here but theres only like 3 different sweaters and shorts and like 5 different design of socks

The cashier was lying to me and refuse to give me the coupon as they should. Seriously, they are really bad at customer service. Not quite sure whats the problem, but I am very disappointed. I rather go to Ontario next time.
