So to begin with, Im a service member serving in the U.S. Army outside my state. Lately its been hard to get some of the rare shoes like yeezy or pharrell because of the location where Im stationed. I called the Adidas Melrose in California and spoke to a guy named Brick or something like that. I was asking questions about how to purchase the said items. In the middle of the conversation, this dude said bye and hung up on me. I called back to confront this guy but eventually talked to the manager. I hope the manager does something to this worst customer service. Is this how the Adidas corporation treat military members that serve this country. Its very upsetting.

Warning: they do not sell "sport" related Adidas products, although there is no way to determine this in advance. Apparently, this store is limited to "lifestyle" products. I went there looking to buy a pair of Adidas Pureboost shoes. These are really street shoes, but sold nominally as running shoes. Wasted trip--on arrival, I was told that the store does not sell any Adidas products related to "sports." Why would I have expected the Adidas store to sell Adidas products? Stupid me, I guess. If, however, you are looking for hipsters trying to look relevant, this is your store.

I have a guy friend who dared me to buy him running clothes to accompany me every Friday. I dont know how it is for men to choose running outfits, but the staff here made it easy for me! The guy loved everything I bought and even offered me to eat out. Every cent I have is well-spent for someone I am not with in buying. Good job! I now have a running mate every Friday!

Asked the employee if I could try a pair of shoes on in a part of the store where the AC was blowing and he rudely said... "Uhhhh NO! Absolutely not." He literally made me walk to the back of the store to try them on. Really weird employee, really vibe overall. Dont shop here. These are just normal shoes... Did he think I was going to steal them?

This place is way cool and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I love the upbeat vibe when you first walk through the door. You cant go wrong with Adidas merchandise it is outstanding and very trendy. This is where the cool kids hang out.

They sold shoes that focused on fashion rather than actual sports. If youre trying to find sport equipment, definitely do not come here. They also sold clothes that were for daily life use.
