I cannot recommend Fleet Feet enough. I was given top-notch service! The salesperson watched how I walked, asked a few questions about my workouts and then brought out 4 pairs of running shoes for me to compare. She even put them on my feet and tied them for me. I learned how to do a runners lace, which makes the shoe tighter around the ankle. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks, and I love them! I will never go to the mall again to buy my shoes - I had a horrible experience at 3 + stores in the mall where the shoes were not marked for running vs. walking and it was like pulling teeth to find a salesperson, let alone one who knew anything about running shoes.Thank you Fleet Feet...you are the real pros!

If youre in any way serious about running, this is the store where you should buy your shoes. Period. Nothings more important to a runner than their shoes. And these guys take the time to make sure you get the right fit. And they have decades of experience. Just spent an hour with sales rep Julie trying on and running around in a dozen shoes. She was totally patient, knowledgable and professional with my picky needs and difficult high arch issues. I walked out with some great New Balances. And Im 100% sure Im going to have a happy healthy LA Marathon this March thanks to these.

The products you offer are top quality; the service is number one; I always get the attention of your number one customer even when just browsing. I would not trade Fleet Feet Encino for any other store. My husband got yesterday a pair of Hoka shoes, he loves the shoes and Kenny our sales person was amazing and so patient, brought so many different styles for him to try on until he found the right pair; Kenny did not mind it was so late, didnt rush us, it was a great experience and definitely recommend it! Thanks for being there for the running community!

Disorganized. I come in to ask for help. Im told theyll "be right with me", but then they help the person that came in after me. "Take a number" is pretty outdated these days, but they could benefit from SOME kind of system. This happens pretty routinely when I come in. Plus, the staff has been nicer in the past. I come here because Im an Encino local, but this place has gone way down hill. Its a competitive market and I can buy shoes anywhere.

Good location, easy to find, good parking. John helped me find the best shoes for my challenging feet. He was knowledgeable about the different brands of shoes I tried and the structure & cushion of them. Since I stand on my feet all day I choose the Hoka as it felt the best. Definitely return here for my next shoes.

Stopped by on way home last night and it was the first time Id been there. Met the owner, everyone was getting a ton of attention from the staff, and they gave me a schedule showing free group runs they put on. I like it is a locally owned store and while I just stopped by to pick up some GU I plan on going back again.

Your store also seems to offer running shoes that are not carried by the Sports Authority(s) of the world, which increased my confidence as a consumer, in that you have the best interests of runners in mind.

I bought a pair of Brooks running gloves about a month ago. They came apart at the seam. I went there to to warranty the product and while I was in the system having bought the product there, I could not furnish a receipt. They said there was nothing they could do about that. Lost my business for good. Thanks guys

This store is staffed by runners and have a large stock of running shoes and trainers in all shapes and sizes. After years of suffering with poorly fitted shoes, I finally was offered shoes that fit. What a relief. Im on my sixth pair now and I really like them.
