Always clean and well stocked. John found a pair of boots Ive asked several Big 5s for. He found them in Utah and NEW Mexico. Customer service was above and beyond. I know where I will go for my hunting and fishing hear.

Highly inattentive staff, product hard to find, didnt have the style I wanted in the right size (cleats in a M 10), would not go back but they are the only game in town and act like it.

Not impressed today. Expected more staff for holiday traffic (4th of July) and management was a bit rude. Have had better service from this store.

Customer service is not very good. No help with heavy item. Change (bills) not counted back. Just handed to me without even telling me the amount.

Its got the essentials, it could use better gear and brands. Coleman is cheaper across the parking lot at the Walmart. Service is ok
