Most of the cashiers are nice but the management is horrible. The store manager, Carlos, treats his employees just about as good as his customers. Carlos and the District Manager, I believe her name is Jennifer, are also discriminate against overweight people. They treat them as second class and if their is a complaint and something else comes up they will do whatever it takes to avioid the complaint. This Store needs a major overhaul and Corporate needs to do something soon.

I see a couple advertisements each week from Big 5. Once in a while I find an item on sale that sounds like it is worth driving down there to buy. Of all the times I have gone there, they do not have the item in stock and I walk out empty handed and Big 5 loses yet another sale. Ive given up on Big 5.

Very rude employees esspecially this one girl named Tabitha I asked for help and she ignored me so I asked again and she rolled her eyes at me and then as I was leaving I could hear her talking about the overweight african american customer and lets just say it wasnt nice!
