I went in there with a few used sporting items and was able to create my own discount through a trade-in credit. The prices were comparable with Big 5 and cheaper than Sports Authority, furthermore, the customer service was outstanding. It took the guy at Sports Authority 15 minutes to find the warranty information on a treadmill we were looking at while the employee at Play It Again Sports knew it off hand.
