Short Summary: Good company run by good guys with a good fleet of rentals. Highly Recommended! I had been looking into renting a jet ski in the past so I knew about h20 craft rental but hadnt ever rented from them before. A few months ago, they had a groupon special for a 24hr jet ski rental for over half off at $175 so I jumped at the deal. I finally was able to use the groupon and rented a jet ski to tow to lake camanche this past Saturday. I had a hard time finding the spot on Friday when I came to pick up the jet ski since it literally was just a small chain link fenced off area with a trailer for an office, a shed for some storage, and jet skis and boats on trailers on this dirt parking lot. If youre heading out there, its on the let directly across from the oasis boat launch ramp. It looked a little sketchy at first but after talking to Phil, he put me at ease that this was a legitimate business I filled out the paper work, grabbed some life vests and then we head over to inspect the jet ski I was going to be taking. It looked pretty new (2006 yamaha vx110), had a few dings on the paint but overall looked good. Phil took a lot of pictures with a digital camera for documentation, then hitched it up to the truck, and off we went. This was my first time towing a jetski but it was pretty easy and didnt have any problems (except trying to back it into my garage for the night, talk about a being a towing rookie). On Saturday, we got the jetski out on the lake and had a blast. The jet ski ran like a beast and had a great time. Only problem we had with the jet ski was the right side mirror fell off just from riding. We were riding a long, hit a little wake from a passing boat, and off it fell into the water. After looking at it, it looks like someone tried to glue the mirror back on. This was something me, nor Phil (the h2o craft employee) didnt catch the day before. When we dropped it back off, I told Peter what had happened, and pointed out the glue that was still left on the jetski. He said he would make a note of it on my paperwork since that is something they do not typically do to fix the problem. Im still waiting for a call from either Yorgo or Phil about how much of my deposit Im going to lose due to some dings we put on the jetski from docking and to see if Im going to be responsible for the glued on mirror that fell off but overall, we had a great time and I had a great experience with h2o craft rental. I highly recommend using them and I will definitely be renting form them again in the future.

Think Twice. My brothers boat needed a second repair after being serviced for a carburater replacement. Somehow the shift lever / throttle lever stopped allowing the boat to go into gear. No one ever used the boat and no one else serviced it. They claimed the did not even touch the lever.... even though the other end had to the been taken off and you cant verify the cable adjustment without touching the lever. At the time the denial seemed odd but it was my first time there. We were told the repair would take 3 weeks and cost 300-500 to fix. Four weeks later the boat had not even been touched. We were told it would be the next week. Two weeks later we are informed a second gen lever came in and now both cables need to be replaced. 8 weeks into the 3 week repair and little communication. By brother gets a phone call stating they cant test the boat because it has bad gas in it. The charge to drain / dispose of the gas is $20 per gallon.... full tank of gas. My brother was told they knew about this two weeks ago. Yet he is just finding out now? Today we went to pick up the boat and take it someplace else. As it turns out a person can dispose of up to 15 gallons of gas a week for free. There is no limit for a business. The carburetor cable is currently dangling, a $300-$500 3 week estimate is now an 8 week $950 incomplete job. Which requires verification of install / completion of work. The new place will drain the bad gas out for free, and let us know about the addition / nominal charges. They will also look into a better prop and will gain any further service work .We should have the boat back by Monday.

Rented jet skis for the first time from H20 Craft Rental and had an overall GREAT experience. The jet skis themselves were good quality: they had great steering control, drove fast, and were easy to learn on. The store launches you directly onto the delta, so you do not need a trailer to rent from there. The delta was really beautiful; tons of different waterways to explore and the water was warm for swimming. Other boaters were friendly and respectful and shared the water safely. Pete was very helpful and provided top notch customer service. He went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable with the equipment. He even stayed late to help us get all our stuff back in. Emily was great over the phone and answered our questions well. Overall, friendly and trustworthy staff. Additionally, this place has some serious deals to save you $$ when renting. It is affordable and great quality overall. I will be renting from here again. Super fun!

I rented the 13 passenger pontoon boat on a Saturday afternoon for 24 hour rental. We launched the boat on the Sacramento river and cruised up and down the river into the night. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and really enjoyed the boating experience. Most my friends are already trying to plan there own trip with a rental from H2O. The whole process of renting and returning the boat was great and I really appreciated how detailed the inspection was. I found this company to be very well priced and fair with the deposit.

A few years back I had my first experience with H2O craft rentals and I was very happy choosing them for my boat rental. We had gotten a call that the boat we had reserved was in the shop. They were able to "upgrade" to make sure we had a boat for the weekend. We had tons of fun and memories to last a lifetime. The ability to take a boat to the lake of our choice is what it is all about. I would recommend this place to any one looking for one awesome time.

Renting our first patio/pontoon boat was an excellent experience through H20! Peter and the other staff members were very helpful and provided great customer service!! The boats are in very good condition and it is great to have the option to tow the boat to wherever you want to use it or drop in at Tracy Oasis! The price was very good too! We cant wait to use them again for the larger patio boat and jet skis!

Recently rented a Jet Ski for 24 hours as a PRESENT FOR MY BOYFRIENDS birthday and our experience was great! Renting from them is such a reasonable price and if you sign up with your email you get $50 off of your first rental. The customer service from Pete was beyond amazing and the jet ski was in perfect condition we will definitely rent from here again!
