Went there for help with high-end watch (that I didnt even buy from them), that had a jammed winding/adjustment post. Not only did they fix my issue (right away and without hardly any waiting), but they were very warm and kind-- as if I was some long-standing customer who had bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from them before. Great folks if you need help with your watch, and they had a nice selection of watches and jewelry too. Thank you for the great service!

I went all over town looking for a band that matched my engagement ring and had no luck. Karkazian Jewelers was able to make a custom matching band for me and had it ready before promised! I get so many compliments on my wedding set! They have excellent customer service and a very friendly staff! I go to them for all my jewelry, watch, and clock repairs. I recommend them to all my friends!

I think supporting the local businesses in Fresno is great, especially when all the corporations are slowly trying to take over. They can ALWAYS fix my watch no matter what the problem is!
