My first time in this store based on the reviews I read and from a co-workers recommendation. I wont be going back. I ride my bike to help me stay inn shape and found recently Im riding 40 miles 3 or 4 times a week in walking shoes. I finally decide to buy cycling shoes for the first time so I go to Bike Religion. Since the door was open, I can only assume someone was working. I wouldnt know as no one acknowledge mine or two other gentlemens existence. I found the shoe I was looking for and tried it on but again first time ever buying cycling shoes I had some question about the fit. The young man behind the service counter was to engaged in conversation with a co-worker and eating his french fries to acknowledge my existence. I finally gave up and left after 25 minutes in this store. As I live in SoCal there are plenty of other cycling stores I can look for my shoes. I dont envision ever returning to Bike Religion.

Nice shop, well stocked, perfect location, and willing to help a cyclist in need. I was 400k into a 600k Brevet when I realized that I had left my saddle pouch unzipped and lost my co2 tire inflater. With 125 miles to go, some of which on remote roads, I needed to replace that air chuck. Bike Religion is right on PCH, we all pass by every time we head through Dana Point. I thought that it was a coffee shop (which it is), but it is also a full service bike shop. They quickly helped me find what I needed and got me back on the road even though I was low on cash and had the wrong credit card. Great service, Great Shop.

Dieses Radgeschäft bietet Touren Samstags 2 Touren an. Eine langsame und eine schnelle Tour. Es waren sehr nette leute da! Es war eine tolle Strecke. Sehr neues Rad hatte ich bekommen und einen super Preis. Der Kaffee und das Essen ist auch was besonderes. Sehr nettes Personal.

Went here for the first time today, and boy i felt super comfortable about this place. The staff here was super friendly and made a real effort to understand what my bike needed in terms of tuning and maintenance. Their turn around time for some minor fixes and tuning was close to 90mins, but that was with 2-3 other service orders ahead of mine -- more importantly, i did not have leave the bike overnight. And it is super close to the (UCI) campus, which makes like easy for me in general.

I actually have not set foot in this bike shop, but based on a phone conversation I had with the employee Sean I know I wont need to. I called asking if the shop had two bike boxes for road bikes, to which Sean informed us he had 1 and potentially another downstairs. Seeing as I had to drive to get to the shop I wanted to make sure they had two boxes to purchase, however Sean refused to "walk to the basement" and check. I called another shop and was helped immediately.

I live on the Westside of Los Angeles & often do long Southbound rides along Highway 1. Whenever I do, I make sure to stop by Bike Religion. They have great products & a knowledgeable staff as well as a cafe with tons of tasty riding treats. If you live in or ride through Dana Point, I highly recommend Bike Religion as a good place to go for your cycling needs/wants.

I have come to Bike Religion for everything Bike for more than a year now. Great knowledgable staff, friendly services, and they are open before work! You can get the latest components for Road, Tri and MTB - and the sales are great. Just did the Bike tune and clean. Thank you for making my MTB look like new, guys!

Updated-June 9: My S-Works seat post clamp snapped in half and after receiving a replacement from Specialized, Bike Religion hooked me up with two tubes of carbon grit paste for the install at no charge. Great service and support even for product brands they dont sell!

Bike Religions service crew has been exceedingly helpful on numerous occasions, willing to answer detailed questions and generally friendly. However, most will say this shops vibe is much more for the cycling enthusiast, and less for the novice. Great coffee too.

It is a rare combination to have a super-knowledgeable, yet friendly staff. These guys know it all, but do not act like it. I rented a bike to ride the awesome Dana Point area--highly recommend using this shop! I will again.
