I hate doing this but its the only way to get things to change...went there today to buy a battery. I was the only customer in the store. After handing my credit card over to the guy cashiering he took a phone call and proceeded to spend approximately three minutes looking up something for this caller, all the while leaving me to stand there and wait for the call to end before running my card and completing my transaction. As politely as I could, I let him know how I felt about that treatment (I WAS THERE SPENDING MONEY AND I WAS SECONDARY TO A CALLER WHO MIGHT SPEND MONEY). He told me that was the store policy (which it may very well be). For a moment I considered returning the battery but I really needed it today. Instead I just asked him to let his management know how THIS customer felt about that policy.

I dont know anything about cars, and always have bad experience with mechanic/part guys trying to make a sale and sometimes just rob me blind, but I was recommended here by my sisters boyfriend who is a mechanic. He said they know what theyre doing here and are very helpful. He was absolutely right. I felt like I had a big brother behind the counter looking out for me. Everything was exactly what I needed, nothing more, nothing less. I will always go to a napa for my cars parts. <3 Thanks Guys at Napa off of Arneil

Anthony is the best. The other guys arent exactly the warmest of people but at least they know what they r talking about. The competitors are not even in their league. At other stores NO ONE knows anything about parts. I dont want a cashier pretending to know something. I want someone who can help me repair my vehicle without spending an exorbitant amount of money on parts I dont even need. Napa in Camarillo is by far the best in all of Ventura County. Ask for Anthony. He puts up with me....enough said.

Not very friendly here, almost like Im bothering them or something. I went in for a replacement bulb and told them what I wanted and I even re-asked if it was the size I asked for and they still gave me the wrong one,. This same thing happened when I went in for windshield wiper blades, told them my make and model and they gave the wrong size- there will not be a 3rd time for me needless to say, I just go to a different auto parts store now in town.

Its nice to still have an auto parts store that employs people who know what they are talking about. I shop here often and they take care of their customers. If they dont have a part, they usually can get it in the next day. Its nice that they give military discounts as well. Thank you!

Napa is generally good. Be careful when getting a part. They have the economy and premium part. Not too keen on the economy part. Not quite sure what that really means - economy. Not sure I would want to trust economy on a wheel bearing as your rim might fall off.

My 72 Bronco stopped running, gave me tips which helped me correctly diagnose the problem. Came back, bought the part and was up and running in less than 3 hours. The guys are friendly and know their stuff.
