A bunch of straight men selling video games, they were pretty nice though, and were very helpful in transferring my reserved copy of "Zelda Skyward Sword" down from my home town location. Seems not enough of the employees at this location do not enjoy, respect, appreciate, understand or overall care for Zelda because none of the employees I talked to seem to care to open a few hours early for us starving Zelda fans... course they do not seem to be the only ones. Sad how under-appreciated the game that has set so many standards in gaming, is not properly being payed attention to by gamers.

Most of the reviews that say oh I showed up an hour before they opened and the door was locked yeah duh look at when it opens people and no the staff is not mean and they do bot push things on you to make a sale they even helped me turn down games by showing me how badly it sucked but one I still bought and they do not force you to buy anything or make you say no to certain games most people who say that are idiots and should not have a say in this

Bought two ps3s from this place within 3 months not even and they were both duds please have them check your system before you buy it I just bought one last night take it out the box its full of dust so I blow it out and plug it in and it say error please make sure you check your system again before buying I am not happy poor customer service

This place is the place to go very very helpful!!! There have been a number times my son and I needed help either resolving a problem or figuring out a promotion or even finding a game no matter what the issue "Joe" there main night guy has done an exceptional job resolving. I went into the store not knowing anything about playstation 3 or games for it. I was looking for a small child and the gentlemen there was VERY helpful and found me 3 games within 10 minutes. He was very knowledgable about the games and their compatibility for a certain age. I will definetly return.

Ive always been going to gamestop in West Allis and Milwaukee and for my whole life I loved everything about it, even when I walk in I feel a welcoming feeling, its so organized and the people are so nice, but what I love the most is how they have anime stuff

Of all of the Gamestops Ive been to in this city this is the best. Theyre always nice and if you have questions they answer them as thoroughly as possible. The store is clean and organized so its easy to find the games me or my brother are looking for.

Sign says they open at 10am. I got their at 10:20am and the door was locked. I called and the phone rang for over 1 minute.
