Yes its a corporate site with corporate policies. They give you Pennys on the dollar for trade ins. What do you expect? Theyve also got used equipment. You can buy an old GameCube and a ton of games and accessories for the cost of a single PS4 game. Youre kids will still love it. Ask the staffs opinions. They know what they are talking about this is literally all they do.

Service there sucks! I pre-ordered one game couple days ago. One of the workers call me to pick it up by 11 pm. So I came there at 8 pm and what? They told me that the game will be ready at 11pm. What? ! Are u serious? They couldnt explain the reason and they were very rude. Will never never pre-order game on this store!

where the hell is this place anyway? ive been through the promenade twice in the past week for other things and wanted to stop at gamestop but there is ZERO direction on where it is. I circled around the parking lot and GS is nowhere to be found. WTF.
