Never have I experienced such awful customer service in my life. Most of the workers in this store are not helpful. I called on the phone and asked if they had a game and the employee said no. I came in and found it there. He lied to me so that he wouldnt have to get up and check. That is so lazy I cannot even begin to describe my anger. I work at a grocery store where customer satisfaction is out number 1 priority. We bend over backwards for customers and treat them with the highest respect. Disc Replay in Orland Park could care less about its customers and everyone seems to love taking their sweet time when it comes to doing anything. I want to sell a few games and its apparently a 2 hour wait. I dont know how it takes 2 hours to go through a few customers items and come up with a price. The Disc Replay in Downers Grove, on the other hand, had a horrible selection of games, but they went through customers items to sell much faster. 20 minutes as opposed to 2 hours. Disc Replay also loves to rip you off. You could come in with something worth $200 and theyll give you $60 for it. The employees also can be very rude and sassy. Nobody ever looked like they wanted to be there and most people looked agitated when I tried to ask for help or to sell something. Half the time they would ignore me and I would have to really speak up to get their attention. The only saving grace of this store is the owner is very nice and a hard worker, as well as this other girl with a nose ring. She is kind and fair and works quickly. Also their selection of games is pretty good. Still, customer service this terrible needs to be pointed out. Overall Disc Replay of Orland Park is a major let-down and a waste of time for any person that respects their time and respects themselves in general. I hate giving my money to these people.

Ive been going to this store for over 12 years. First, it was mostly to just sell, but in recent years, its been to buy DVDs and CDs cheaply. They have a decent selection, nothing too surprising. Youll hardly ever find something rare in terms of movies or music, and most times, I dont find what Im looking for here. Service has generally been fine for me except for the time I purchased a DVD that was clearly labeled as being the unrated cut, but as soon as I exited the store I checked the disc - it was NOT the unrated version. I promptly went back inside, and they both refused to refund my money and gave me some lame excuse trying to convince me it was the unrated version. I ended up having to buy the correct version for a higher price at Target. Now, every time I buy something there I have to check the disc inside the case before I leave so I dont get screwed again. As Ive visited several of the other Disc Replays, I can say that this is definitely not the best, but certainly far from the worst. Its a decent store if youre not looking for anything too uncommon. If you are, I highly suggest the Crest Hill store which has a MASSIVE selection with products beyond just music, movies, and video games.

I recently called to ask about a controller. I was very nice to the man that answered and he seemed like I was bothering him or wasting his time just by being on the phone with him. I asked my question, so ok to his answer, then he hung up on me without saying bye or did you need anything else or whatever. Little did he know i was looking to buy 4 consoles to set up a gaming room for me and my friends cause I just won on a lotto ticket. I took my business altogether to gamestop and they were very nice. Never using disc replay again. And whoever just answered the phone at 12:45 pm on monday february 27th 2012....screw you for wasting MY time d-bag!

These guys dont know how to buy stuff. They had only 6 snes games on the shelf worth anything, and I literally seen them try to low ball a guy that brought in 50 games. If this store ever wants to have a decent classic games selection they would start paying a fair prices for what people bring in. Now I can understand someone saying hey they offered a price you dont have to take it. I agree, but when you are known for selling video games and the best Nintendo 64 game you have in the locked cabinet is Star Fox 64 then you should re-think your strategy. What is wrong with paying a guy half of what something is worth?

These employees are amazing people, they browse their own merchandise consistently to check what they have, the staff there are considerate and talk to you in their level, and i swear everytime they remodel their selections get better. My personal experience as of recent is that they actually taught me how to change save batteries on my old games, so we can fix my pokemon gold, they let me use their tools and their fresh battery. And their prices still remain consistent to demand, these people have never let me down, even when i want to make a quick buck or relive my gaming memories.

This store should really have its policy removed talking about everything is in good condition when you buy it. I had to go back and return a Nintendo 64 I had bought because it wasnt playing my games. I asked for a refund from the lady and she told me she couldnt because there was nothing wrong with it so she gave me it with store credit so I asked her if I could get another model with that money and she complained because i wanted another one so she brought out another bogus consol with marks all over it the inside looked rusted. NEVER AGAIN WASTING MONEY HERE !

One of their employees was such a jerk to me and my friend who were looking for a movie, we asked him for a certain title then he pointed us to the movies and said go look. I dont know his name but he had straight long brown hair and a pair of cheap sports sunglasses around his head, and i think he had sweat bands on. Although we ended up finding the movie, this man made our experience worse than should of been. P.S The store smelt like everyone in there wasnt wearing deodorant and had BO.

Excellent store for all your video gaming needs. Only sells used stuff, but its all guaranteed to work. They do line up commonplace cartridge games in a bin as opposed to having them on a shelf, but it isnt difficult to find what your looking for. They label the tops of N64 games with stickers, but they come off easy enough. This place is way cheaper than game stop and play n trade. Better service too! If you dont mind used Id give it a look see.

Definitely not the best disc replay, but then again Ive only visited this store and the ones in Joliet/Crest hill and Downers grove. Customer service is okay, not very approachable associates, but they answer your questions. Some video games, if not most, are a little overpriced. But movies and music are fair. Their sales are nice, but be sure to pick up on those sales right away before the shelves are cleaned out.
