Horrible service. Did not answer the phone and after answering was rude. There was no how may I help you. when I asked him to look up a game. He said I have to many costumers. sorry I cant help you and hung up. I called west allis and the exact opposite happen. She looked it up and told me the price and asked if there was anything else I need. I said no she said have a nice day. That is how you answer a phone and speak with costumers. It should not matter if you are in store or on the phone to do your job. People that do not have people skills should not work at a counter or behind it.

Dont have other Gamestop experiences to compare this one to, but these guys are awesome. Always knowledgeable no matter the console or genre. Theres never more than a couple customers there at a time either. They always have the game you need, unless it was a limited presale or something, and are always down to offer alternative titles if youre not quite sure what to buy. Great prices too, cant beat them.

These guys are simply the best. Been to many gamestops around the country and these guys are the best. They are always great to talk to and extremely knowledgeable in the gaming world. I refuse to go to any other gamestop

I always call and they answer quickly plus they are very friendly an if you know nothing about gaming they will help you out the most I always go to buy stuff for my kids and they are extremely helpful
