Tier 1 lives up to its name. Great atmosphere, great rigs, great food. Jordan (the owner) always excels in service, really knowledgeable as you would expect from an owner, ready to help out with anything in a moments notice, but not helicoptering like staff in other lounges. With a variety of consoles, as cheesy as it may sound, theres something for everyone. The PCs are surprisingly quiet, despite clearly being processing monsters. The food is also pretty good and more than reasonably priced, especially when considering that it tastes as good as it looks. Couldnt recommend this place enough, be sure to try out the seasoned fries.

I walked in and the guy was super rude from the moment i walked in. I simply said "hi hows it going" and he snipped back with lots of attitude about he "didnt know he just got there". i was like "ok..." and hes like "well its true i work 3rd shift i didnt have a morning" I asked if he was the owner of the place he snapped back, "as of right now yeah what do you want" he has no idea the kind of business he just lost out on. I was going to bring some big stuff to him but oh well! im like ok never mind. thats how he treats people who just walked into his lounge? NO WONDER IT IS EMPTY. dont go there the people are assholes.

This place is AWESOME! Its really the one of the ONLY places in Milwaukee where you can be your inner gamer and have fun with friends. Ive been going almost every single friday since September and Ive loved the place ever since! The food is awesome, the prices are better and more worth it than going to the movies, the game selection is big, the staff are always ready to help and they know what to do if something goes wrong, and they have great computers to boot. So if youre looking to have some fun and game on a friday night, or any night at all, go to Tier One Gaming Lounge. Its truely the place to be.

One of the best places to ever come out for Milwaukee. Great atmosphere, great staff. I saw a review from some guy name Jessie said the complete opposite what I just mentioned. He must on crack or something because this a place where gamers can come and relax or anyone that would want to try something new and have fun this definitely a place I recommend. Pls ignore that dude because clearly he has no idea whats hes talking about especially he didnt even do anything at the shop. Rude customers I swear

Visited Teir1 Gaming Lounge for the first time today and it was an excellent experience. The staff member working was very nice and accommodating. Changing systems was easy and the food we ordered was good. The pricing is more than reasonable and its very unique in the fact you can "buy time" and any time you dont use you can use at a later date. (You make an account when you buy your time.) Would highly recommend this place to anyone, regardless of age. Try it out for yourselves.

I was disappointed with the "Tier 1 Gaming Lounge" of the place, unless you can arrive early and get a great seating spot, you wont even be able to enjoy the actual Tier 1 Gaming Lounge from the place. There inst really any entrees, mostly finger food and appetizers with several cocktails and wines. Its a nice place for a social gathering, but overall if you cant get a good seat then it inst really as romantic as it could be. So make sure you get there early!

I found this place and fell in love with it, if you are a true gamer this place is for you. Drinks no Alcohol which is good no need for it because you can get drunk just from playing the games their. You would have to see this place for your self to get a good feel for it, you will fall in love with it too.

This is a great place to go if you and a couple of friends want to catch up on some PC games. The atmosphere is enjoyable, the food is pretty good, the staff is friendly... This has come to be one of my favorite places in the area to visit. It´s a chill place to be.
