John (said he is the manager) has a terrible attitude, poor customer service. When I asked for his manager/regional managers name, he told me have a good day and hung up on me. This was after he hung up on me 4 times when I called to ask a question, answered "hi, please hold, click."

They have a pretty good used selection and figures for games like Skylanders or Infinity. Expect to kill at least an hour in here as they seem to only employ 1 person to operate the register and it takes a half hour to check out every time I go in here.
