I have bought many products from this GameStop they have great customer service and I have never been unsatisfied with thier service or product its really easy to buy and trade in games from there me being a shy and and humble person (dont like to start convos ) they were easy to talk to and great to do business with Im glad I give them business rather than my local Walmart because Walmart is a bad and overpriced video game capitalizing store that knows nothing about games. Overall if you can .. buy from here it is a great and easy experience.

Very mixed feeling about this store so dont judge off one experience. Most employees are very friendly and helpful. Although a few occasions that Ive been there Ive experienced lack of interest to help customers and bad information pertaining things I were interested in buying. More times positive then negative

Not a fan. Called 6 times. The answered on the 6th try and by then time I actually got off hold I had already arrived at the store. On the plus side, I now know it takes exactly 16 minutes and 27 seconds to get to this Gamestop, because thats how long the call was. This is the PopCopy of Gamestops.

They dont answer your phone call because theyre focusing their attention on customers in the store. Gamestop has an app that can answer most of your questions to save you a phone call. Overall good staff, the assistant Eli is usually pretty crappy towards me whenever I go in. Everyone else is cool.

Its nice you guys are friendly and the store is clean and well organized however, one employee stood around doing nothing while customers waited for the other over talkative employee. Why only 1 register open? No regard for customers time and convenience.

Employes are very helpful and knowledgeable, and know exactly what I am saying, and seem to understand over the phone, too. These guys have helped me fix X-Boxs and Wii consoles for me, and I wouldnt think there would be a bussiness like it out there!

Called asking about the Nintendo Switch, they said they were out of stock and I could not pre-order. However said they would sell me a bundle online for $500+....? Literally walked next door to Best Buy and picked up a Switch for $299.

Store was very unorganized but staff very helpful and seemed to know there job and inventory very well , but the young man who helped me out even had a hard time locating the item I was looking for .

The staff is really helpful. They helped me save significant money several times by recommending I hold off on purchases for days/a week until something went on sale. Good crew for sure.

I didnt have a long interaction with the staff but both guys seemed attentive and pleasant. I was able to find the game I was looking for and I left happy with the price I paid.

takes long time to get through them on the phone. After calling 3 times and letting it ring at full, they were fairly rude. Not worth giving this gamestop your money.
