Worst GameStop ever!!! I called several GameStops Looking for a headphone adapter for Xbox One. After several calls I was told by one of the staffs at this location over the phone that they had the adapter and that they had more in stock. I told him I would be stopping by in a few minutes. When I arrived there was a huge line so I decided to ask another staff about the adapter and he responded saying that they did had the adapter and that they had more in the back he advice me to get in line and once I get to the front they would take care of me. I was in line for 30 minutes and as I got to the front another staff member by the name of ( Matt ) asked me how could he assist me? I responded by saying that I was there for a headphone adapter for a Xbox one. He pause for a second and said "we dont have any". I replied by saying that I had called the store and spoken to a staff and he said that they did have some in the store. I also said that ,as I arrived I had spoken to another staff before getting in line and that they did had the adapter but I needed to get in line. hes response was that he was sorry that he didnt know who I had spoken to. He didnt even bother to check in the back for any over stock or back stock. I also saw him answering the phone as I was in line several times. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE OF GAME STOP. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOULD WASTE THEIR TIME AND STOP IN FOR BAD SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Just called and spoke with Sasha I believe, I couldnt believe how rude the person was. I had a few questions about the Nintendo Switch and this person acted like I was bothering him / her and acted like they couldnt wait to hang up the phone. I used to come to this GameStop weekly with my son and spend a few hundred dollars, now I will not be visiting this store ever again. Let me make a kind reminder to the millennials out there, you chose this job and part of the job is customer service. If you cant provide even kind of decent service, then you should probably find another job or your attitude will continue to lose your company $$$. Just sayin.

I had called over the phone to see if I had a warrenty was told that I needed to bring in the device to scan it. When I was there all they did was ask me for my phone number so not only did I find out I didnt but they made me waste my time and gass verses easily looking it up over the phone and telling me the prouduct I bought for 150 was only valued at 35$ such a rip off
