Racist. Plain and simple. I walked in here with a friend of mine. Im white and hes Indian. The store clerk lingered around us the whole time, asking us if we were going to buy anything. I told him that I would like to return a game I had bought there a few days prior, only to have another clerk, bark at me that they needed a receipt and a photo id. I gave them to her, and she basically spat at us when she told us that she couldnt return the game (it had been 3days since I bought it) because we probably already played it. She told us to get out of her store. We left. I will not be coming back.

Those guys are complete thieves... offering $3 trade-in a game bought $59 a year ago! Even better, got asked do you want cash or credit without any further explanation. Got my cash and realized they took %20 off for cash... asked about it and the stupid cashier told me it was my fault since she asked (but failed to mention the 20% fee). Like I said before "thieves".
