The sales associate that was "helping" me gave me false information on returns and the Nintendo DS Lite charger being compatible with the 3DS. Not sure if it was intentional or not but if not, she needs to be retrained. Fortunately, the location in Fountain Square was able to help me out despite her mistakes.

My husband and I bought a PS3 here that was backwards compatible. It turned out to be region locked (Japanese!) and our receipt was destroyed, but they have been spectacular working with us to fix the issue. If they were more conveniently located for me, they would be my go to GameStop! Way to go, guys!
