Of all the variables that any business has to offer, customer service is the absolute most important practice. Dennis (store manager) and his team present the utmost friendly service one can not only expect but to hope for as well. It is clearly evident these guys have a drive & passion for what they do. They are overly familiar & knowledgeable of the games they sell along with the gaming culture. This GameStop team goes above & beyond the standard call of customer service. Seriously great guys.

Did you buy something here? Just a day old? Sorry, you cant return it. Get smart, buy it online. Update: read the instructions carefully and went back to return again, as it says I can return with in 30 days. Even after showing the policy the dude did not accept without going through an argument.

I think this Gamestop is pretty nice, sometimes the guys/girls working there tend to be a bit crabby but its not all the time. I guess we all have our days, other than that it seems to be a decent experience with the emphasis on DECENT....
