The checkout was actually 17 minutes long, because there was only one person there, and the customer in front was selling a PS4 and a bunch of games. When I checked out with my copy of Mass Effect, I came home and realized that when he grabbed the disc, the cashier gave me the bonus disc of Mass Effect 3. I went back and waited another 22 minutes for a kid to sell his Xbox One, which he wasnt even allowed to sell because it wasnt updated. When I tried to exchange my game, the cashier claimed that Mass Effect had suddenly increased in price by five dollars during the hour between leaving and going back to the store. When I went and found the price sticker, he claimed that I had to return and check out the game. This process alone took a total of 7 minutes. Also, he asked me what my PowerUp Rewards password was, which was weird I thought, since he already scanned my card, so I said I didnt remember my password. He then proceeded to reset my password on my account, which Ill have to do now. Although I realize that its not common to have two people selling their systems in like in front of you, they should have had two cashiers working.

I walked into the store, and I was greeted by this woman. She was extremely intimidating, and she looked like she was straight out of Men In Black. Her name was Lauren I think. After asking about EA UFC 2, she immidiately put me into an arm bar, and broke my arm, (and my soul). Im extremely saddened, and scared to ever return. Shes a savage. I think shes secretly batgirl, Ive seen that damn batmobile around my house lately. Proceed with caution, and make sure you have full training in Judo and Jujitsu. (Youre the best Lauren)

Completely horrible customer service. I purchased a PS4 and wanted to sell back the Batman game (no option to buy without it). Person told me I had to come back a different day to sell it back (stupid). I came back a week later. Person then told me I had to come back a different day, again, because the game was unopened. Update: Tried to contact corp but they are having so many issues hold time is 30 minutes. This company should not be allowed to do business

Place was awesome, they just moved to next to the walmart in lake zurich, both employees were super nice and super informative on all games coming out. RJ the manager helped me preorder ESO, would recommend this gamestop to anyone. 10/10 will go back.
