Took in a pair of nice Allen Edmonds and had requested a combo heel as thats what the shoe originally had. The owner said no problem. When the clerk was writing up the ticket I specifically mentioned that I wanted the combo heel not a full rubber heel again. Two weeks later when I picked up the shoe it had a full rubber heel on it. I mentioned to the ownerand he stated that they only have full rubber heels. At this point for the price I didnt say anything paid the bill and left. I will never go back. (I was going to have four pairs of Allen Edmonds completely redone) Like the previous commenter my shoes smelled horrible too boot.

Extremely slow service. Does not call when they say they will. Makes you feel like you are a bother when you follow-up. The customer service is unprofessional and the owners are gruff and rude. The prices charged to be treated like crap and wait forever are out-of-this world. I went there in the past and ignored my negative experience hoping it was a one-time deal. The cycle continued so I will never go back. Im all about supporting local businesses, but dont give these people a dime of your money.

I went in to find out if there was a way to replace lace loops on my sons favorite hiking boots. Turns out it would be too costly. The gentleman behind the counter (the owner I think) offered to use a leather punch to make holes that the laces can go through. Perfect solution! While I waited I found a great pair of shoes on sale and wasnt charged for making the hiking boots hikeable again! What a nice guy! Will definitely go back!

The clerk at Olde Town Comfort Shoes and Repair told me repairs on boot zippers would cost $90.00. After they didnt phone me when they said they would, I went in to retrieve the boots. The clerk had lost the boots and told me to call them the next day--thankfully they were found. I wound up going to a cobbler in West Allis. He fixed my boots for 7 dollars! I couldnt believe the difference.

Great cobbler, high prices. I have used this cobbler for almost fifteen years and have only been disappointed in the quality of workmanship once. However, the last few years their prices have really been rising steadily, and I have had to stop using them for "routine maintenance" like heel replacement because theyre just too expensive. Still use them for special work tho.

This little shop is wonderful. I brought my slipper in to be repaired, the lady looked at it and said it was un-repairable. I started to cry because it was the last thing my brother had given me. She looked at me and said we can fix it. They do great work at a great price. My slipper looks great for how torn it once was.

What a delight! My husband needed to have a quick repair done on a pair of shoes and I needed a zipper fixed on a jacket. Within 10 minutes, both of our issues were resolved for a very reasonable price. A great resource to have in Tosa. Saved us the cost of buying a new fleece and new boots! Thanks!!

Was planning on dropping my shoes off for a shine today and the guy took the time to do them right away. Did a phenomenal job cleaning and shining them. Super impressed and happy. Have been there a few times before that too for heel plates. Very impressed.

Too much money for extremely cheap work. Paid more than $20 to get new soles on the heels of my leather dress shoes in August and the repair lasted fewer than three months before the soles wore out. Very poor quality for the price.

One of the best shoe stores in the area. I am difficult to fit - was very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be back and will recommend to my friends and family.

Great shoes, I wear nearly all the brands they carry. Unfortunately, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They lost my future patronage today.

Great place for repairs of my old Danskos. Bought new shoes too. They are very friendly.
