Mind you its the Christmas shopping season. I walk into the store, theres 2 groups of customers shopping, being waited on by 2 employees, and 4 other employees standing in the middle of the store talking. Ones playing with his hair, 2 are giving him fashion tips. 1 is staring at me and not saying a word. And Im standing at the counter, staring at them wondering why Im not being helped. When 1 salesperson that was helping others came and helped me. Terrible store and staff. Well except if you want to stand around and watch the beautiful people.

Management decided to close the store at 7 despite the website saying open till 8 when the rest of the mall closes at 8. I guess management owns the store and I wont be shopping here again.

Manager at this store is awesome. I purchased shoes from another store for my daughter.She exchanged these shoes,that had faded after 2 weeks,without a question. Will def be back. 4-12-15
