Im new to the red wing boots I have heard nothing but good things about them. So I decided to go and try some on and I was discussed with the way I was treated here. I walked in with no one else in the store and the lady at the counter did not say a word to me until I asked her questions. When she did answer my questions she was very considering and short with her answers. She did not help me at all with picking out a style for my line of work she did not recommend anything and left me to my own devices and with so many products to chose from i had no idea ware to start. Finally when she did take my measurements she was very reluctant to get me the boots that I was interested in.

Boots are high quality but the employees and service which this company prides themselves on are always grumpy and lazy witch makes the service half ass please sell your boots online so we dont have to deal with your lame employees
