The staff here was very helpful. I have never been so pleased with customer service. Usually the staff at Foot Locker would be pushy and make you feel rushed to pick at your pair of shoes leaving you dissatisfied with your purchase in the long run. However a certain staff member under the name of Dylan who was very helpful and walked me through getting the right shoe. Usually at other shoe stores they would direct me to the most expensive shoe they could find. But the staff at Finish line directed me to the shoes that were in a reasonable price range and able to buy. Thank you Dylan and everyone at Finish Line for helping me find the right shoe! You guys are awesome!

Cruise and Finishline were very respectful kind finshline employees were very respectful and nice and how to me find the right shoe I needed for my basketball season I just want to try and shoe they are more than willing to go in the back and get it even though they know Im not going to be purchasing the day it shows a lot to show how far they go for their customers

I just walked in with my bf to buy shoes for a gift and not ONE hello, two people working and noticed us but didnt bother to greet us or did not show a customer service. We wouldve bought shoes we liked there but because of lack of customer service we decided to go somewhere else.
